We at MerryBack™ have very few returns because we've learned that most returns are requested because our customer wasn't wearing the device properly, or didn't wear it long enough.

Here are some tips to help you avoid a return:

Please wear the device EXACTLY as the directions say. Once it is on and the splints are in the proper position on the exact sides of your body, push the upper band down (and thus the whole apparatus) each time just before sitting to create the best kind of lower back decompression.

Remember that MerryBack™ decompression is subtle, not dramatic like some other products. The MerryBack™ was designed to create this exact kind of gentle and subtle decompression. If you barely feel a slight pulling apart of your spine as you lean forward, that means it's working!

At MerryBack™ we think it is subtle decompression that allows the discs enough time to regain their padding and provide long term relief, unlike other products or spinal manipulations that dramatically pull your spine apart.

To provide this lasting relief though, the MerryBack™ should be worn about 2-3 hours/day for about 2 weeks. If you don't follow the above directions, you will not get the true long-term benefit of the MerryBack™.
